Top 5 Beliefs
"Everyone" matters (students, parents, teachers, educational assistants, custodians, community members).
As educators it is our right to teach, but it is our collective responsibiltiy to help all students learn.
Students come first. You can't go wrong when you base every decision on what is best for the students.
A quality learning environment that engages all students in meaningful learning is essential to improve student learning.
At Ecole Deer Meadow School we are here to challenge, encourage and believe in all students and their potential as learners.
Going from "good" to "GREAT!"
How do we get from "Good" to "Great?" .... together!!!
Questions to think about:
Why are we here?
Where do we need to go?
Where are we now?
How do we get every child there?
